Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 small clove of garlic
¼ green onion
¼ cup of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of vodka
½ cup of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
½ pound of pasta
1 cup of Parmesan cheese

Start by sauteing the garlic and onions in olive oil until they become soft. Then, stir in tomato paste and cook for a few minutes. Add in the vodka and let it simmer until the alcohol evaporates. Pour in the heavy cream, mix in red pepper flakes, and season with salt to taste. In the meantime, cook your pasta. When the pasta is ready, make sure you save ¼ cup of pasta water, and drain the rest. Add the pasta water to your sauce and then mix in the cooked pasta. Stir in Parmesan cheese and dinner is served!
